Went there for a family meal tonight. Service was ok. Food was awful. Four of us had the mixed grill . All of the meat was dry and over cooked. Will not be going back there. Very dissatisfied

The whole experience was very pleasant with both staff and food excellent. The atmosphere inside was relaxed which made for enjoyable dining.

We had an18th birthday to celebrate, our table was prebooked but unavailable to us on arrival as people were still using it. We wanted to decorate with balloons etc before the birthday girl arrived. Eventually our table was vacated and we were able to sit down. Service was extremely poor and we kept having to call staff over to get our food and drinks ordered. All in all we felt very let down, we certainly didn't enjoy the occasion as we should have. I telephoned to complain many times after getting home, to no avail as it is automated and no-one ever picked up. Undaunted I wrote a letter to the manager fully expecting to get a reply. Still waiting for that 3 weeks later. Customer service really is nonexistent.

Great service, drinks were very prompt, all staff were polite and a high level of customer service.
Food was good, but a steak that my husband ordered as medium, was rather well done, a bit cold and definitely not the best. Everything else was fine.

There was a slight queue to get in, but we had booked. We were shown to a table promptly, and the waiter came and took our drinks order and then returned for our food order once we had the drinks. The service was excellent and friendly, despite him clearly being busy. We felt he didn't miss a beat all evening.

Visited for Sunday lunch. I appreciate we visited at a busy time, but the service was slow/inattentive, and the food was mediocre at best

Myself and my partner eat here often and always notice the brilliant service. The staff are friendly and helpful.
We have tried most things on the menu, got to say the Sunday roasts are delicious and the portions are massive. Amazing value for money.

Service is very efficient, food is very good (next time I'll try the sea bass), portion sizes are decent, and the 30% off is the icing on the cake. We'll be back!

Been here a few times, food is very good and the building's facilities and decor is welcoming... however, without a doubt, the feather in the cap is service... Particularly that of one person - Joe. He served me and my family last Friday. This is the second time he has served us. He is without doubt the best server we have had as a family in recent years. Atentative and accurate yes, but extremely friendly, personable, funny. Honestly if you get served by this guy I fail to see how you could have anything less than an amazing night. Never mind serving, this guy could run his own place and I hope one day he manages to. Awesome stuff Joe, you're just a truly wholesome nice guy, keep up the great work!

This was a lovely evening with the family to celebrate my birthday. The staff are friendly, nice to my 2 young grandchildren, and the food was excellent 👌

The service was prompt and courteous.
But the food was a disappointment
Lamb rump and mini pie was extremely poor due to lack of any filling in the pie it was just pastry, and the lamp rump was just four small cubes of lamb.
The carrots were not honey roasted as described in the menue as for the steak pie it was pretty much flavourless some steak with a gravy. Deffinetly no taste of malbec
